Here are some tips to maintain your sterling silver jewelry & ensure it stays shiny!

• Silver can handle being in water. Consistent immersion in water will lead to your jewelry tarnishing more. This is totally fixable!

• Store jewelry in a dry dark place to avoid extra tarnish, when not wearing.

• A polishing cloth is the quickest way to shine up your jewelry.

• For jewelry that does not have stones or patina (darkened look), heat up a 1/2 cup of water and pour in a 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Let the jewelry soak for 15 minutes.

• For Brass jewelry with matte finish: Use a steel wool scrubby or a scotch brite green dish scrub to clear off the patina.
